The glass floor viewing is too small to be enjoyed, so being up top near the edge was perfect. the boat left the harbor about 5 minutes late, due to waiting for other customers who were just buying their tickets.. The glass bottom is overrated as you can't see anything but the ride itself was fun. informative captain and crew. learned a bit about the bay and got to see some sea lions and otters..
